Prediction-based Optimization of Service Capacity with Robotic Process Automation

The research described in this paper concerns the automation of back-office workflows for capacity management hospitality services: continuously monitoring clients’ reservations and hotel registrations automatically updating decisions that establish optimal staffing levels to assure dependable accurate services with minimum personnel cost, maintaining a minimal stable workforce level. service connect multiple instances online reservation front-office customer registration processes (booking, check-in taxation, check-out invoicing according strategy) combination marketing- operations-oriented that: a) best match demand quality services, b) optimize workshift schedules. These many operations complex timing are automated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology uses AI techniques seasonality prediction confirmed demand.
